U.S Orders Are Shipped Via USPS & FedEx. International Order Are Shipped Based Off Fulfillment Center The Product Origins From.
Average Transit Times to United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 business days. Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 15-45 business days. There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time , they are some circumstances & delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
We Provide Tracking For Each Order. Tracking Will Be Available Once Your Product is shipped which takes 4-6 Days. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across thee globe as our product research team spends the time to sourse for quality yet affordable products
If You Have Misspelled or autofilled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email & give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@daboujiebar.com. If the address is wrong we can correct this within 24 hours.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel order within 24 hours after purchase for cancellation to be applied. If the items has been shipped please email support@daboujirbar.com. All you need to do is send us an email with subject line “CANCEL”.
Every item is shipped with extra padding. Despite this , our customers report 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service treatment.
