Due to the nature of the product returns or exchanges are not allowed, all sales are final.

Damages/ Missing/ Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with pictures if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and we will send out another ASAP!

Shipping

All orders take 1-5 business days to be fulfilled and shipped once they are shipped, tracking will be generated and we will contact you.

You may expect longer processing times during the holiday season and during sales approximately 2-7 business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. International Orders: We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may occur.

Potential Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, or packages claimed by customers to not have received their package if the shipping carrier marks them as delivered. Carriers are responsible for any shipment delays that may result from natural occurrence, holidays or etc.

If your USPS PRIORITY package is lost, please visit lost package claim page via USPS as all priority packages include insurance.https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

If your USPS FIRST CLASS package is lost, you must file a "Lost Mail Search" via USPS https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm first class packages do not include insurance. The claim process of a stolen or lost package is handled by your shipping carrier, they are responsible for issuing you a refund for these shipped orders.
